All U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Framed artwork, prints with painted accents, or commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or during your order process.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We take great care to ensure your package arrives safely and beautifully presented. While it’s rare, transit damage can occasionally occur. Once tracking indicates delivery, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but please reach out if an issue arises; we’re always happy to help.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
International orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express. Please email ssmadeart@gmail.com before purchasing so we can provide a personalized shipping quote based on your location and order details.
Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Custom pieces are such a special request from a client. Any custom orders are first discussed between client and Sophie to gather information and inspiration for your piece. Please contact ssmadeart@gmail.com to start your custom process!
Some original pieces are framed. If you wish to add a custom frame or have a specific request, I will be happy to accommodate that for you. Please contact ssmadeart@gmail.com before your order for us to discuss additional pricing and shipping!
